State Bank of India (SBI) has good news for unemployed engineering students. State Bank of India (SBI) will provide 12,000 opportunities to freshers as General Clerks and Associates. SBI Bank Chairman Dinesh Khara said that only 85 percent of the engineering graduates will be given an opportunity. It has been announced that the notifications related to the appointments to the IT department as well as other departments will be released soon. He said that 3 thousand POs and 8 thousand associates will be trained in banking affairs and then recruited in various business units.

In the financial year ending March 2024, the number of employees in the bank fell from 2,35,858 to 2,32,296. SBI Bank also decided to hire new employees keeping in mind the subject for technical skills.
