- Graduation / Post Graduation – Minimum 50% Marks
- Computer Knowledge, Hindi & English Knowledge
Probationary Officer – Scale I:
- Graduation / Post Graduation (Any Discipline) – Minimum 50%
Specialist Officers:
- Risk Officer: MBA (Finance) / Maths / Statistics + Certifications (FRM / CFA preferred)
- CA Officer: Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI)
- IT Officer: B.E / B.Tech / MCA / IT related degrees
- Law Officer: LLB + Bar Council Enrollment
- Credit Officer: Graduation + MBA (Finance)
- Agricultural Officer: Degree in Agriculture / Allied fields
- HR Officer: Graduation + PG in HR / Personnel Management
